Booking:
1.Deposit Required: Check price list for amount. Will deduct after service.
2.On Booking page: Use a credit card. HKD $8 fee applies. (Not deduct in service)
3.On IG/Whatsapp: Use Payme, FPS, Alipay, ATM, Contact: 55711339
4.Non-Refundable Deposit: Unless HKB cancels.
5.Rescheduling: Notify 24 hrs in advance to transfer deposit. Max 2 reschedules within 2 months.
6.Cancel within 24hrs/No-Shows/Late (>30 mins): Deposit forfeited.
Key Points:
Hair Length: Suggest min 4 inches (can touch tip of Nose) for service.
Late Fees: HKD $30 per 10 mins. Over 30 mins may cancel booking. (Non-refund deposit)/ late time will be counted for service charge by time.
Style Duration: Varies by hair texture and care, approximate time shown on each style description.
Suitability: Not suggest weak hair, extremely thin hair, sensitive scalp, need wash everyday for braid n loc. We don't responsible if there are any hair loss or irritation happened. Please think carefully about your suitability for the style.
Children: Must be 5+ and sit still.
Hair Preparation: Detangle before arrival. $500 per hr extra charge may apply for extreme tangle hair (Ignore this for booking loc maintenance or hair wash).
Touch-ups: Within 3 days and non-washed for minor changes. Contact before.
Minimum Charge: $500 per appointment.
Payment Methods: Credit card, Payme, Alipay, FPS. No cash
Hours: Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm, Sat 10am-6pm (TUE-WED OFF). After-hours: $500/hr.
No Home Service.
Photos/Videos: For records and social media. Inform if you don't want your face shown.

預約：
1. 所有預約需先支付按金，詳情見價目表，完成髮型後會扣除在服務費。
2. 網站預約：需用信用卡及有額外HKD$8手續費（不會在服務後扣除）。
3. IG/WhatsApp 預約：按金可透過銀行轉帳、Payme、支付寶或轉數快繳付。（以WhatsApp聯絡）
4. 按金一經繳付不可退還，除非由HKB提出的預約取消。
5. 改期：24小時前更改可保留按金；最多可改2次，且需在原定日期後2個月內。
6. 若缺席或任何原因取消預約，按金不會退還。遲到超過30分鐘可能會取消預約，且按金不退。以時間計服務遲到時間會計算在內。
注意事項！
1. 髮型需有4寸以上長度（長至鼻），否則無法保證效果及維持時間。
2. 遲到者將收取$30/10分鐘的額外費用，遲到30分鐘可能會取消預約。
3. 每項髮型提供大約保持時段，實際效果視髮質而定，詳情看各款式簡介。
4. 不建議脆弱髮質，敏感頭皮，髮量太少，需每天洗髮人士預約，由於每人情況複雜，我們不負責任任何脫髮，頭皮發炎情況，預約前須考慮清楚。
5. 小孩需5歲以上且能安靜坐定才能提供服務。
頭髮準備：
在到達之前請梳理順暢 （曲髮）。極度糾結的頭髮可能會額外收費每小時$500（預訂髮型修補或洗髮請忽略此條）。
修整：
在3天內且未洗髮的情況下可進行小幅變更。請提前聯繫。
照片與視頻：
預約完成後會拍照或錄影作記錄並有機會用在HKB社交平台，若不希望出樣請提前告知。
最低消費與營業時間：
每次預約最低消費$500。
營業時間：12pm-8pm（星期六10am-6pm，週二至三休息）。如需其他時間可WhatsApp聯絡，並需額外收費$500/小時。
支付方式：
不接受現金付款，僅接受信用卡、Payme、支付寶及轉數快。
確認電郵：
確認電郵會立即發送，如未收到請WhatsApp聯絡。如因客人錯誤預約，我們概不負責。
確保填寫資訊正確，包括電郵地址及額外服務要求。有特別要求在Remark填入，臨時要求可能無法滿足。
